Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Webforgia (“we”). By creating an account or using Webforgia you accept them and the Privacy Policy. If you use Webforgia for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.

Give accurate details, keep your password and API keys private, and tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been used without you. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your keys. We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication.

A workspace belongs to its owner. Owners and admins control its settings, members, billing and plan; what you do in someone else’s workspace is governed by what its owner allows. Removing a member ends their access to that workspace.

Credits.Building uses credit, at 100 credits to US$1. Each build is charged for what it actually cost to make, and every charge is listed under Billing & credits. Credit you buy does not expire. New workspaces may receive trial credit, which can carry limits on what it can be used for.

Plans.Pro and Studio renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and add their monthly credit at each renewal (a yearly plan adds the full year’s credit when it renews). An upgrade takes effect straight away and is charged the difference for the rest of the current period. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal; you keep the current plan until then.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing & credits → Manage subscription. The plan stays until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace returns to pay as you go. Credit already in your balance stays.

Refunds. Except where the law says otherwise, payments are not refundable, including for a partly used period, a downgrade, or unused credit. If you think you were charged in error, email [email protected] and we will look at it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes, which are added where required. We may change prices; a change to a plan you are on applies from your next renewal after we tell you.

You own what you bring to Webforgia and what you make with it: your prompts, files, projects and published sites. You give us the permission we need to store, process, display and publish that content to provide the service to you — including sending it to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy — and nothing beyond that.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and publish, and for your published sites, including what they say and the data their forms collect. If your site collects visitor data, you are responsible for your own privacy notice to those visitors.

Webforgia uses AI models to generate text, code, designs and images. Output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to something that already exists, and it is not professional advice. Review it before you publish or rely on it. Subject to these terms, you may use what Webforgia generates for you.

Do not use Webforgia to:

• publish anything illegal, or content that sexualises minors, promotes violence, or harasses or threatens people;
• impersonate a person or organisation, or build sites that collect passwords, payment details or other data under false pretences;
• distribute malware, send spam, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
• get around credit, plan or rate limits, share or resell accounts or credit, or overload or probe the service;
• access another workspace’s data, or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.

We may remove content, unpublish a site, or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and where we can we will tell you why. Report abuse to [email protected].

Published sites are hosted on webforgia.com or on a custom domain you connect. You must own or control any domain you connect, and you are responsible for its DNS records. We may take a site offline to stop harm, to comply with the law, or when the workspace is deleted or suspended.

Some features connect to services we do not run — Stripe, GitHub, Google, Slack and others. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect them at any time.

We keep improving Webforgia, which means features change, and some are marked beta or early. We aim to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we remove a feature you pay for, we will tell you first.

You can stop at any time: cancel your plan and delete your workspace, or email [email protected] to close your account. Export anything you want to keep first, from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive — your content, payment owed, disclaimers and liability — continue after the agreement ends.

Webforgia is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Webforgia is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your published sites or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.

The governing law and courts for these terms will be set out here with the registered company details. Nothing here affects any right you have to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and for a change that matters we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Webforgia after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can stop and cancel.
