Regeneration
Starting over is different from editing — and only one of them can be undone.
Edit by default
Anything you type in the builder chat is treated as an edit: your current project is sent with it, and everything you did not mention is kept. Edits go on the undo stack.
Start over on purpose
A message that is only a restart — “start over”, “rebuild”, “from scratch”, “new site” — builds a new project from your words, discarding the current one. It is matched on the whole message, so “rebuild the pricing table” is still an edit.
A rebuild cannot be undone. If you only want a different look, try the Redesign skill instead — it changes the design and keeps your content.
Changing build type
A project’s build type is fixed. To turn a website into a deck, start a new project with Slides selected — the engines produce different kinds of file, so one cannot be converted into the other.
