CRM
Every form lead becomes a contact or lead in your CRM, as it arrives.
How it works
Connect your CRM and each contact-form submission creates a record there — a contact, a person or a lead, depending on the CRM — with the visitor’s message attached. You see leads where your team already works, without checking Submissions.
Connectors
Each card says what connecting it causes. A Coming soon badge means it is listed but cannot be connected yet; Being set up means it is built but this server is still missing something only Webforgia can add.
HubSpot
CRM, marketing, and sales
Creates (or updates) a HubSpot contact for every new lead, with the message attached as a note.
You provide: Private app access token (stored encrypted)
Where to find it: HubSpot → Settings → Integrations → Private apps → create one with crm.objects.contacts.read and .write.
Salesforce
Enterprise CRM data
Creates a Salesforce lead for every new form submission, through Web-to-Lead.
You provide: Organization ID
Where to find it: Setup → Web-to-Lead → enable it. Your ID is in Setup → Company Information. Salesforce never confirms an ID, so use Send test lead after connecting.
Pipedrive
Sales CRM pipelines
Creates a Pipedrive person and a lead for every new form submission.
You provide: Personal API token (stored encrypted)
Where to find it: Pipedrive → your avatar → Personal preferences → API.
Zoho CRM
Connect your Zoho CRM data
Creates a Zoho CRM lead for every new form submission.
You provide: Client ID, Client secret (stored encrypted), Refresh token (stored encrypted), Data centre
Where to find it: api-console.zoho.com → Self Client → scope ZohoCRM.modules.leads.CREATE,ZohoCRM.users.READ → exchange the code for a refresh token.
