Connectors

Forms

Contact and newsletter forms work on every published site. Connectors decide where each submission goes next.

Built in, with nothing to connect

Every published contact or newsletter section is a real form. Submissions are stored for you and appear under Submissions in the dashboard. Forms work without JavaScript, and the visitor sees a confirmation when they are sent back to the page. See Forms & Leads.

Sending leads somewhere

Connect any of the connectors below and every new submission is also sent there — a Slack message, a CRM contact, a row in a sheet. Delivery happens after the visitor’s submission is saved, so a slow or failing destination never delays or loses a submission. Each lead connector shows when its last lead was delivered or why it failed, and has a Send test lead button.

Newsletter tools such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo receive newsletter sign-ups only — never contact-form messages.

Every lead destination

Each card says what connecting it causes. A Coming soon badge means it is listed but cannot be connected yet; Being set up means it is built but this server is still missing something only Webforgia can add.
