Forms & Leads

Contact and newsletter sections on a published site are real forms. Submissions are stored for you and can be sent anywhere you work.

How a submission travels

A visitor sends the form
no JavaScript needed
Webforgia stores it
Dashboard → Submissions
Delivered to your tools
Slack, email, CRM, a sheet, a webhook…
The submission is saved before anything is delivered, so a slow or broken destination never loses a lead or delays the visitor.

What visitors see

After sending, the visitor comes back to the same page with a confirmation message.

Limits and protection

  • Only published projects accept submissions.
  • Each visitor can send up to 10 submissions in 10 minutes, which stops bots flooding your inbox.
  • Fields are length-limited, and an empty submission is refused.

Your responsibility for visitor data

For what your visitors send, you decide what happens to it, and you are responsible for telling them. Deleting the workspace deletes its submissions. See the Privacy Policy.

Sending leads to your tools
