Credits & Billing
How Credits Work
Credits are cents: 100 credits is $1. Every build is charged for what it actually cost, and nothing is charged for a build that fails.
The basics
- 1 credit = 1¢. The rate is the same whether you top up or subscribe — a plan buys a monthly bundle, not a better rate.
- Charged for real usage. A build is metered — the AI work and photographs it actually used — so a small edit costs far less than a full site.
- Failures are free. A build or edit that does not finish is not charged.
- Credit never expires. What you buy stays in the workspace’s balance until you use it.
- Publishing is free. So are planning’s first messages each day, the intake questions and direct section edits.
One balance per workspace
Credit belongs to the workspace, not to a person, and everyone building in it draws from the same balance. Top-ups and a plan’s monthly credit land in that one balance. See it, and every charge, in Settings → Billing & credits.
When the balance is empty
New builds and AI edits stop with a message to add credit. Published sites keep working — running a live site uses no credit.
