Connector Problems
When a connector will not connect, a button does not link where it should, or leads are not arriving.
It will not connect
- Webforgia checks the values with the provider before saving. Re-copy the key or link from the place the card describes.
- A webhook URL must be https://, answer the test event with a 2xx status, and not be on a private network.
- A Coming soon or Being set up badge means it cannot be connected yet, whatever you enter.
Leads are not arriving
- First check Submissions in the dashboard: if the lead is there, the form works and the problem is the destination.
- The connector card shows the last delivery and, if it failed, why. Use Send test lead after fixing it.
- Newsletter tools receive newsletter sign-ups only, never contact-form messages.
- A failed delivery is not retried — the lead is still saved in Submissions.
