Troubleshooting
Build Failed
Every message a build can stop with, what it means, and what to do. A build that fails is never charged.
Build errors
| You see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “Too many builds running right now” | A lot of builds are running at once. | Wait a minute and try again. |
| “The build service is busy” | The AI service is under load. | Try again in a moment. |
| “That build took too long to come back” | The request timed out — often a very long description. | Try again, or shorten the description. |
| “Builds are temporarily unavailable” | A problem on Webforgia's side. | Nothing to change on yours — try again shortly. |
| “Something went wrong generating that build” | An unexpected failure. | Try again. If it keeps happening, contact support with the time. |
All of these say “you weren’t charged” — and you were not.
Credit and trial messages
| You see | What to do |
|---|---|
| “Your balance is empty. Add credit to keep building.” | Add credit in Billing & credits. Published sites keep working. |
| “Your free trial includes 1 website build” (or 1 mobile app build) | The trial allows one of each kind. Add any credit to build more. |
| The mode resets to Lite | Economy and Power need a top-up. The trial builds in Lite. |
The build finished, but it is not what I wanted
- Edit it rather than starting over — edits keep what is right. See AI Refinement.
- Try the Redesign skill for a different look with the same content.
- For the next project, say more about audience, goal and content — see Writing a Good Prompt.
- Use Economy or Power: they repair what the audit finds, and Power has the page looked at by a reviewer.
