What to include
- The project’s name or its builder link.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The exact error message, and roughly when it happened.
- For billing, the date and amount of the payment.
Never send passwords, API keys or two-factor codes. Nobody at Webforgia will ask for them.
Security issues
If you have found a security problem in Webforgia itself, email [email protected] with the details and do not share it publicly until it is fixed.
