Troubleshooting
Publishing Issues
When a site will not go live, or the live site is not what you expect.
Common problems
| Problem | Why | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| My changes are not on the live site | Edits are not live until you publish again. | Press Publish. |
| Publish was refused by a security policy | The workspace blocks publishing on findings at or above a set severity. | Open the project in the Security center, fix the finding, and publish again — or ask an owner or admin about the policy. |
| An image is missing on the live site | It was linked over plain http://, which browsers block on HTTPS pages. | Use an https:// address, or a Webforgia-generated image. |
| The site shows in Google and should not | Search indexing is on by default. | Turn it off in Settings → Privacy, then publish again — already-published pages change on their next publish. |
| There is a “Made with Webforgia” badge | Workspaces without a plan show it. | Pro and Studio remove it. |
| The address still works after I deleted the project | Deleting a project does not remove its published copy yet. | Ask support to take it down. |
Forms on the live site
- Submissions appear under Submissions in the dashboard — check there before checking a connector.
- A visitor sending many forms in a few minutes is slowed down; that is spam protection.
- A site you host yourself has no working forms — see Self Hosting.
